Thank you for shopping at OneGuyDesigns.com. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Since our products are digital goods delivered via instant download, we generally DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges once the files have been downloaded.

Exceptions to Our Policy

We will consider a full refund in the following exceptional cases:

  1. Duplicate Purchase: You purchased the same design more than once.
  2. Unusable File Error: The file is confirmed to be corrupted or unusable, and we are unable to fix the issue within [24-48] hours of notification. Note: Compatibility issues with specific software (e.g., specific versions of Cricut Design Space or embroidery software) are the buyer’s responsibility and are not grounds for a refund.

Process for Requesting a Refund

If your purchase meets one of the above exceptions, please contact us within [7] days of the purchase date.
